This study examines the effects of Swiss Ball Training, High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), and Strength Training on trunk explosive strength using a sample of 100 participants divided into four groups, including a control group. Descriptive statistics, paired t-tests, and analysis of covariance (ANCOVA) were used to analyse the data. The findings indicate significant improvements in trunk explosive strength among the experimental groups, with HIIT showing the highest improvement, followed by Strength Training and Swiss Ball Training. The control group showed negligible improvement. These findings highlight the effectiveness of targeted training regimens in enhancing core strength.
