The research aims to prepare educational units according to the instructional model of Gagne in the physical education class and the basketball subject. Also, to identify the effect of educational units according to the instructional model of Gagne on the kinetic agility and scoring from jumping with a basketball for students. The research population consisted of fifth-grade students at the Martyr Abdullah Abdul Rahman Preparatory School for Boys in the center of Kirkuk Governorate, for the academic year 2023-2024. They were selected purposively and their number was (330) students distributed among (6) academic departments. The research sample consisted of (44) students in Division A who were randomly selected. (2) students who did not meet the equivalence factor were excluded. Then the sample was divided into two groups, experimental and control, with (11) students representing the experimental group and (11) students representing the control group. The researcher relied on many statistical parameters that led her to the most important conclusion: the effectiveness of educational units according to the instructional model of Gagne supported by hypermedia in significantly improving the accuracy of scoring from jumping with a basketball for students. This shows that educational units supported by hypermedia technology have enhanced the level of kinetic agility and scoring from basketball jumping to students. The recommendations included the need to design educational units according to Gagne’s instructional model to enhance basic kinetic skills, such as agility, specifically in the context of learning scoring skills. These units can include a variety of exercises that require the use of jumping and quick movements. Emphasis on integrating hypermedia technology into practical classes. As, instructional videos and interactive exercises can be used to help students better understand proper jumping techniques and scoring techniques.
