In this article, the "ventilation through writing" practice highlighted in the teachings of Shiv Baba, as conveyed through the medium of Dadi Gulzar, is investigated in the context of the Brahma Kumaris spiritual tradition. The Murli stresses communicating one's emotions and thoughts before bedtime as a means of mental relaxation and emotional cleansing. In a health sense, this practice aligns with the natural biological clock of the body, which leads to sound sleep habits and prevents and reverses lifestyle diseases like hypertension, diabetes, and insomnia. This research consolidates spiritual insights with contemporary psychological and biological studies, illustrating how planned expressive writing prior to sleep improves emotional health, controls the body's circadian rhythm, and facilitates general well-being.
