The Action Research model used was developed by Kurt Lewis, consisting of four main steps, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The data collection techniques used were interviews and observation. The results of the research show that after going through 3 cycles it can be concluded that the way to improve massage skills for people with visual disabilities is to use singing to transfer theory and feel massage techniques on their bodies to transfer skills.
