The application of various training methodologies in athletic preparation. The objective is to enhance the athlete's overall physical condition and cultivate motor skills. The fundamental skills and the variety of training techniques must align with the training objectives and cater to the specific demands of the game, whether they pertain to physical or skill-related appropriateness. The researcher employed an experimental strategy to align with the competitive environment and adversaries experienced in formal tournaments, which improve physical and skill competencies. Experimental research is also known for its high precision and the ability to deliberately control one or two variables within the research itself. The experimental research can manipulate only one variable. And thus, it is considered the only research method that accurately determines the causal relationship between variables. The sample was intentionally selected, represented by players from the Maysan Governorate national team. A study including eight deaf and mute athletes, randomized to experimental and control groups using simple random selection, demonstrated that rubber rope exercises positively influenced the physical capacities of deaf and mute long jumpers. Rubber rope exercises enhance the essential skills of deaf and mute long jumpers. The incorporation of bungee cords introduced an enjoyable and physical component to the long jump for deaf and mute athletes.
