The study aimed to identify level of practicing transformational leadership behaviors among employees in Sports Activity Department at Al-Nahrain University from their point of view. The level of administrative creativity among employees in Sports Activity Department at Al-Nahrain University from their point of view. The relationship between the dimensions of transformational leadership and the dimensions of administrative creativity among employees in the Sports Activity Department at Al-Nahrain University. The study was conducted on a sample of (30) individuals. The researcher used the descriptive approach and constructed two questionnaires on transformational leadership, which included four axes, and a questionnaire on administrative creativity, which included three axes. The results of the study were: The level of practicing transformational leadership behaviors among employees in the Sports Activity Department at Al-Nahrain University was average from their point of view. The level of administrative creativity among employees in the Sports Activity Department at Al-Nahrain University was average from their point of view. The most important recommendations were: Taking into account the availability of the characteristics of the dimensions of transformational leadership when appointing administrative leaders in Sports Activity Department at Al-Nahrain University to achieve administrative creativity. Develop a future plan to identify and train creative young talents to provide qualified administrative leadership capable of practicing administrative creativity, and to invest in creative energies of employees to develop performance of the Sports Activities Department at Al-Nahrain University.
