This study sought to analyze the hormonal responses (follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) and luteinizing hormone (LH) to yogic practices and acupuncture in menopausal women. It was hypothesised that yoga practice and acupuncture would significantly alter these hormonal variables compared with the control group. A total of 45 menopausal women aged 40 to 55 years from Trichy, Tamil Nadu, India, were randomly selected and divided into three equal groups: the yogic practice group (YPG), the Acupuncture group (APG), and the Control Group (CG), each consisting of 15 members. An experimental design with random sampling was used. Pre-test measurements of FSH and LH were recorded before the intervention. After the 8-week intervention period, post-test hormonal assessments were conducted for all groups using laboratory analysis. The data were analyzed using ANCOVA with the level of significance set at 0.05. The results revealed significant improvement in variables among experimental groups compared to the control group. The shown that both yoga practice and acupuncture significantly affect FSH and LH levels in menopausal women, supporting the stated hypothesis.
